Women’s Soccer Team Picked Seventh In Northeast-10 Preseason Poll
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Southern Connecticut State University women’s soccer team has been selected seventh in the Northeast-10 Conference preseason coaches’ poll. The Owls are coming off a 2007 campaign in which they narrowly missed out on the conference tournament and were ranked as high as No. 10 in the region.

The team returns 10 student-athletes from last year’s squad, including All-New England and All-Conference pick Ashley Knight. In all, the club also returns its top six scorers, along with its starting keeper.
