Timothy Steiskal (Naugatuck, Conn.), who recently completed his freshman season as a member of the Southern Connecticut State University men's swimming and diving squad, captured the Lake Waramaug Triatholon in Warren, Conn. on Friday night. He completed the half-mile swim, 12-mile bike ride and 5-kilometer run in a time of 1:05.42. Steiskal's performance was featured in Saturday's edition of the Republican-American.
