Tobin Carberry Named To Weekly Honor Roll

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Freshman guard Tobin Carberry (Hamden, Conn.) of the Southern Connecticut State University men’s basketball team was named to the Northeast-10 Conference weekly honor roll on Monday for the third time this season. Carberry has also been named the Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week on three occasions. In two games last week, he averaged 24 points, 2 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game. He shot 48.6% (17-for-35) from the floor and an impressive 53.8% (7for-13) from behind-the-arc. He also went a perfect 7-of-7 from the line.

The Owls return to action tomorrow as they head to Pace for a 7:30 p.m. contest in New York.
