ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Danielle Moore (Palmdale, Calif.) and Letecia Taylor (Plainfield, N.J.) of the Southern Connecticut State University women’s indoor track and field team competed at the NCAA Division II National Championships on Friday. Moore advanced to the finals of the 800 meters and Taylor advanced to the finals in the 60 meter hurdles. Moore finished second overall in the preliminaries with a time of 2:13.82 and Taylor placed eighth in her event with a time of 8.68 seconds. Both runners will compete in the finals tomorrow.

Joining Moore and Taylor tomorrow are Laura Brustolon (Mystic, Conn.), Shaina Barr (Manchester, Conn.) and Alasia Griebel (Bristol, Conn.).
